2025 Social Impact Report
Every year, we pause. Not just to measure impact, but to reflect on it. At Manitobah, our social mission is the driving force behind our work – it shapes our relationships, guides how we do business and helps chart our path forward.
Our Social Impact Report brings together the full picture of the work that lives behind our products: the students learning new skills, the artists building sustainable creative careers, the leaders stepping forward within our teams, and the community spaces where culture is shared and strengthened.
In 2025, that work deepened:
- More students learning and leading.
- More artists supported.
- More Indigenous leadership.
- More investment in community.
Here are some of the key moments that shaped our year:

We’re proud of the progress made in 2025, and we recognize that this work is ongoing. Social impact isn’t a milestone; it’s a practice rooted in relationships, reciprocity, and responsibility to community.
We remain committed to strengthening these programs and continuing to use business as a force for good, guided by accountability, community, and respect.
