We will be closed for inventory from Thursday, March 23rd noon to end of day Friday March 31st. During this time, we will be unable to ship any product.

Shipping will likely be delayed between 5 to 7 days. We apologize for the inconvenience.


Manitobah Mukluks provides no charge shipping to most areas of Canada and the US. All orders are shipped within two business days.

Some areas of Canada and the US do not qualify for our no charge shipping service, see rates and delivery times below. You will be notified upon order placement if you do not qualify.

We offer the following delivery options:

Our no charge standard shipping will arrive within three to five business days of completed order processing.
Express two business day delivery is available to most areas of Canada and the US for a $50.00 shipping fee.
Orders under $50.00 will be sent using our standard shipping service, you will be notified of the shipping fees at time of order.


UK, Switzerland, France, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Italy, Netherlands: $75.00 USD

Australia & New Zealand: $125.00 USD

Japan: $100 USD

On overseas orders, please note that the customer is responsible for any duties, taxes and other local importation charges. Please expect longer delivery & processing times for international orders.

We cannot be responsible for any costs in returning product from outside North America. Please note we will accept returns but the shipping and other charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Do your new mukluks or moccasins fit snug? If so, perfect! The natural materials that we use will stretch and form to the shape of your foot in no time, creating a comfortable and completely custom fit made just for you.

Return Policy

Items must be returned in new, unworn condition with all tags and original packaging, within 30 days of the point of purchase.

Free returns and exchanges

On orders exceeding $50, Canadian and US* customers are eligible for free returns and exchanges.

International Customers International orders do not qualify for free returns and exchanges. Duties, taxes, and shipping expenses will be the responsibility of the customer. If your package is sent to us ‘Collect’, it will be refused and returned to you.

The return process

When you contact us, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions allowing you to return your purchase to us, free of charge (Canada and US* customers only).

Please indicate:

  • your order number (beginning in "C" or "U")
  • the item(s) you are returning
  • whether you would like a refund or exchange
  • for exchanges please include the size, style and colour of your desired replacement item

Once your return is received at our HQ, processing and inspection typically takes 3-5 business days to complete. During certain high-volume times of the year, processing times could be longer.

Once completed, you will be notified by email. For exchanges: your replacement will be shipped and your notification email will include tracking info. For refunds: your refund will be issued to the credit card/account on file, with details included in your notification email. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Please note that all funds must be returned to the original credit card or account used at point of purchase. No exceptions.

*Orders from the US states of Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for free returns and exchanges. Return shipping must be paid for by the customer and may be reimbursed at our discretion.
