Express two business day delivery is available to most areas of Canada and the US for a $50.00 shipping fee.
Orders under $50.00 will be sent using our standard shipping service, you will be notified of the shipping fees at time of order.

Returns and Exchanges

The free item you receive with your purchase is final sale, we are unable to offer any exchanges on this item. If you need to return any part of your order for a refund which lowers your total to under $199, we ask that you return the free item. If the free item is not returned, the full retail value ($89.99) will be deducted from your refund amount. Please note: this promotional offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers - if a discount code is used, the promotional item will not be included with your order.
2016 Holiday return policy:
Any products purchased between November 1st, 2016 and December 22nd, 2016 may be exchanged or refunded to the original purchaser's card until January 31st, 2017.
Items must be returned unworn, with original packaging and inserts. All returns must first be inspected for wear or damage. Upon completion of inspection we will either ship out the new item or refund the credit card from which the original purchase was made.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason at all please do not hesitate to call our customer support line at 1-855-MUKLUKS or email us at email@example.com. If we cannot solve the problem immediately you will be issued a return authorization form that will allow you to return the product to us free of charge*. Orders must be returned in original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Simply fill out the return authorization form and email it to us. We will send you instructions on how to return your item to us simply and at no cost to you.**
Returns and exchanges are accepted within thirty days of receipt of purchase on items that have not been worn, altered or modified in any way, and with all tags attached in the original packaging.
Once we receive the item, we will ship your requested exchange item to you without charging any additional shipping fees to areas that qualify for our no charge shipping service. Please allow 5 business days from the date we receive your return to complete your return or exchange.

For all credit card refunds, please note that all credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase.
Please allow 7 to 15 days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your Statement.
If the original payment was a check, money order, merchandise certificate or gift certificate, you will receive a refund check in the mail.
