Wool mittens

My two pairs of black mittens in medium from last year were perfect in every way with respect to fit and warmth. This year the oak mittens in medium when placed against the black are at least 1/3 size smaller - very tiny. There is no way to keep them and even make do as there is too much of a size discrepancy. I had to double check to make sure that the labels said medium and there was no mistake. The shape of them is also odd and the thumbs are extremely short. A disappointing purchase for sure.

Return accepted but not follow up

I have emailed your company three times asking for the return label. You sent me a email saying that the return was accepted and I would receive a return label in 3-5 business days. This was back in December. I have still not received the label.

Wool mitt

I use them all the time..I ordered mediums by your chart and fit ok a bit big...the thumbs are really my only complaint...they are big and very long...would fit better if not so long..I do get compliments on them all the time..I gave the other pair as a gift and she said fit good except the thumb is too long also.
