Why does winter have to end?

Our Tamarack Mukluk silhouette gets a beautiful refresh with intricate etchings by Anishinaabe artist and designer, Emily Kewageshig from Saugeen Ojibwe Nation. Perfect for frigid Canadian winters (warmth rated for up to -32C) and slushy midwinter melts, this tall full-grain leather mukluk has a warm, soft sheepskin foot bed and is fully waterproof to a height of four inches. It also features our new Glacier Grip sole for extra confidence when walking in icy conditions.

Perfect for slush.

The AuthenTEC Waterproof System lets you take on winter in style with boots crafted with three layers of waterproof sealant, rich waterproof leather and suede and a full sheepskin footbed that keeps you dry and cozy all day.

Manitobah conducts rigorous waterproof and temperature testing using a minimum 50,000 flex standard.

Perfect timing, perfect boot.

I had just gotten home from the PO when my old boots exploded. I sighed and opened my parcels to find this gorgeous pair of boots inside. After treating them with protectant, I left them for a few hours and then got a call to help my mom bring in some wood. I put on the new boots and I never wanted to take them off. as comfortable as slippers, lighter than sneakers, these boots helped me moved through calf-high snow with ease and had an amazing grip that I am very pleased with. The embossed design is beautiful and I am very happy to have such lovely art to accompany me when I must leave the house this winter. Thank you. :)

Leaf Tamarack Review

The leaf tamaracks are beautiful boots and as comfortable as slippers. I wasn’t sure about them after I put the order in but I have barely taken them off since they arrived three weeks ago. Thank you so much to the artist. They are fabulous!
