I bought these for my mom for Christmas and she just loves them. They're so warm and comfortable and they look great!

not happy

they are very uncomfortable. seems like I have two right shoes. Was told could not get a refund would only get a credit. Does not seem right, didnt use a credit to purchase. was told there are no right an left boots when I contacted you. I also thought was made by american indians, states on box made in veitnam.
