Retail Warmth Ambassadors

As a Retail Warmth Ambassador for Manitobah Mukluks you become the expert on warmth and comfort! You’ll sell the Original Winter Boot and make an impact in your community at the same time. Ideal candidates are:

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Driven to succeed in sales and perform
  • Willing to be mentored and are quick learners
  • Fluent in English (French an asset in Ottawa / Montreal)
  • Confident and enthusiastic
  • Able to stand on their feet during work hours (or in an accessibility device)
  • Have reliable transportation to get to and from retail location
  • Excited to share stories and showcase our product features
  • Driven to help customers to “TRY IT ON” in a friendly environment
  • Professional and willing to develop sales skills needed to close sales
  • Able to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service

District Manager

As a District Manager you will be a Warmth Ambassador for Manitobah Mukluks and a dynamic team leader! You will own the success of your own travelling road show with 6 or more rotating locations in your district. You will work closely with your team and provide a world-class brand experience for our customers. 

You will:

  • Become an expert on our exceptional products: the Original Winter Boot
  • Recruit and train your team
  • Manage a team of 2-5 Retail Warmth Ambassadors
  • Develop sales strategies
  • Develop sales targets for bonus incentives
  • Oversee the set up and tear down of display units 
  • Create a motivational environment for your staff 
  • Manage inventory and restocking

Manitobah Mukluks: The Original Winter Boot.

We make modern Indigenous footwear and accessories. Our mukluks and moccasins feature timeless designs that are shaped by and made for the Canadian landscape.

These designs helped our ancestors survive here for thousands of years in some of the coldest places on earth.
