Perfect waterproof bootie
I wanted a replacement for my old Uggs - and decided I wanted my money to not go to some random CEO. I love these boots

Warmth and traction in the same boot!
I delayed my review until I had the opportunity to wear my new mukluks under slippery, icy conditions so I could rate the Glacier Grip sole that’s new this winter. We had 2 snowstorms in 7-8 days, and the 2nd had hours of freezing rain and then it was dusted with snow a couple of days later. I walked across my icy, snow covered walkway like it was bare, not even the slightest slip of the soles on ice, even on a slope. I have 4 pair of Manitobah Mukluks, and I have warm feet in winter, my biggest challenge due to nerve damage but my feet stay toasty warm. The sense of caution and dread walking on any just barely slippery surface is gone in the Glacier Grip boots. I got a set of ice cleats for my other boots so they have some grip but they have to be removed to not slip and fall indoors on bare floors. I got the grain leather in my usual size 7, I’m a 7.5 but they say go down to the full size, and I still have room for thick socks but I have skinny feet. Sizing is true to what they tell you. I am hooked on the new Glacier Grip soles and can see me replacing my regular soles with them and donating my regular soles to the women’s hidden shelter or a person in need. But they’re only a year old and not worn much, not out often due to pandemic, and the Glacier Grip sole isn’t on the boots I want yet. Best winter boots I have ever had, they keep my nerve damaged foot warm, and it took 20+ years of trying different cold rated -35 C boots to find a pair that truly did keep my feet warm at -35C, so I got a suede pair of these, white Spirit boots, and black grain leather Snowy Owls.

Best boots ever
This is my third pair of Mukluks and my family are die-hard wearers. They are super comfy and keep your toes nice and toasty!
