Poorly Packaged

I quite like the boots but unfortunately I didn't get to wear them much this winter because I had to exchange them twice due to being terribly packaged. Twice I opened the box to find that the boots were all bent and squished because they weren't placed in the box nicely. It may sound silly but I think when you are spending almost $400 on a pair of boots they should arrive in pristine condition. Also, the ties are completely different lengths so I have one boot that the ties hang very low to the ground on and then the other boot I had just enough length to get them tied. Frankly, I'm a little disappointed in the craftsmanship of this particular pair. I was expecting much better quality for the price.

Love the boots!!!

My GF loves these boots!! However the rabbit fur is shedding slightly and one of the straps is a little short to tie correctly. A little disappointed with them but I can’t really tell you not to buy them! They really are a work of art and although a little pricey they are very very nice.
