This was my first pair and I love them so much! They are warm and stylish and fit well! I wear them all the time now and I love the detail of the beading and the softness of the fur. Will definitely buy again. And yes, they are waterproof, which was a great surprise.

Quality Control needs improvement, undetected noticeable flaw.

I have only worn these boots in the house so far, too early to wear them outside yet. They are super cute, I love the design of them. The quality control needs improvement however. One of the pom-poms is missing fur on one side of it, it has a large bare patch with zero fur!??! Also They are not very comfortable, not much cushion in the sole. I will need to buy insoles to put in them before I wear them outside. Also I actually naively thought these boots were made in Canada, NO they are not, they are made in Vietnam. They are only "designed" in Canada. I only paid $300 on a pair of boots because I thought I was supporting my own country. :(

So perfectly warm and comfortable

Being my first pair of Mukluks, I can honestly say I’m sold. So warm and completely comfortable…fashionable as an added bonus. Not my last pair for sure. Own a few moccasins too from this brand and I can say, I am happy with my purchases every time.
