Sizing us wrong. The boots were 3 inches too big.

Questionable Quality & Made in Vietnam

I'm 5'11" with long legs and was thrilled to find these tall, beautiful warm boots for cold Ontario winters. They fit a few inches below my knee, and have an adjustable width, which is exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, the strapping doesn't appear to be reinforced very well; as I was attempting to gently adjust the strapping around my ankle, one strap tore off the side of the boot. It appears that it may have only been tacked on. On closer inspection, the stitching on the other anchor points does not appear durable. As these boots are a "wrap" style, I'd also be aware that if you are unable to adequately tighten the boot around your ankle, or carelessly wrap/tuck it, snow may enter through the potential gaps close to the ground. Also of note, these boots are made in Vietnam, not Canada. I'm disappointed with the design, quality and lack of transparency as to where these boots were made. I will be returning these boots for a shorter, pull-on mukluk that hopefully has more durability.

So glad i got my boots. So happy

I had these years ago. They last a long time and are warm, with sheepskin insoles too make them very warm but not sweaty. I love the straps and find them easy to do. They fit any leg size as the wrap is roomy but not clunky for me. I have a size 14.3/4 calf. Also i can pull on the boot with the ties done up. The straps don’t fall down. Gorgeous dressy or winter boot. I bought a ladies 7 for a 7.5 foot. Size 8 would be too big unless insoles are placed in the boot. So far at -12 and snow they are warm. I have to try them out at -30

These are definitely warm. I was disappointed pointed in the grip and comfort of these shoes though. There is no grip and living in Canada shoes need grip. If there’s even a little ice it’s slippery. After spending so much money I would have expected the warmth they offer but also a better sole. But they are very very warm and I love that and how beautiful they are.
