A little disappointed

I bought my wife a pair her manitobah mukluks 5 years ago and she has raved about them ever since. Even though they were still wearable with the sheepskin inserts she added she wanted a new pair of this year. She also insisted that I get a pair of Hunter Mukluks. After the first snow we went out for a walk and found that these Mukluks we're not quite as Warm & Cozy how's your previous ones. I guess they're still a nice boot but something has changed in the way they are made or the materials they are made with. This happened so often was a good product. We are still in love with the concept and we'll just have to get thermal socks to make up the difference. Sorry if this review seems negative but we had such high hopes.

Black Hunter size13

Hi, I have a pair from 2 years ago and love them. But just Ordered my partner a pair in November and the sole pulled away at the front of the boot, I was going to order him a new pair and no size!
