Bead colours

Manitobah Mukluks are always beautiful and comfortable but I found the beading on the black grain too dark and I mean they are muted, not shiny at all, no matter how much light you shine on them. For the amount you pay a little pop colour would nice considering the colour advertised on the website is much brighter. I returned them hoping to buy another pair. I'm debating whether to get the suede black but not sure if the beads on them are as bright as they are on the website or dark as well.

I’ve now received three pair of Manitobah boots, all of which are giving me extraordinary pleasure. I’ve had them on day and night, and I haven’t worn much else, other than the slippers, which are scrumptious. They are great indoor/outdoor footwear and easily respond to my needs living on a country property. I love the subtly of the beadwork on the black grain revival pair, as it is subdued yet noticeable, and the pompons add a nice rhythm to my jaunts to collect the mail at the end of the lane, to fill the bird feeders, or to walk the dogs. Loving them!!!

Just a little disappointed

They arrived today, but I am a little disappointed in the beadwork, it's black on black, no color, and it seems to be too tight, wrinkles the leather, seems to have been machined. I love the comfort and the glacier grip does help. I have half revival mukluks with the glacier grip which are a great improvement on ice. I guess I should have ordered the black suede, softer to work with.

So comfy!

I’ve had these boots before and loved them! They do not disappoint. Quality is great. Can’t wait to see how many years of wear I get out of them this time. My feedback would be that I would have liked them to have more colourful or unique beading. I have black on black and a little pop would have made them that much more eye catching.

Serious Comfort.
