Great product, disappointing service

My wife has had 3 pairs of these moccasins and she loves them. I am quite disappointed with the misleading info I received from your website when I ordered online. I paid $50 for express shipping (2-4 days) and my order arrived 6 days later, missed my wife’s birthday. A company should not grossly over-price a service that does not even perform as advertised. Again, I am very pleased with the product but I would love to have that shipping fee refunded. Kent McKinney Orangeville, ON

Wonderful moccassin

I am so happy with my purchase. The fit is perfect and craftmanship is apparent in the details. I wasn't too sure about going with a sole as my past moccasins have all be a suede bottom but these have worked well. And shipping was fast! Thank you.

Small for a size 10

The slippers are gorgeous but unfortunately I can't wear them. When I put them on I knew that they were to short but because they are leather I thought they would stretch but they have not and they are uncomfortable and giving me ingrown toenails. I had worn them too many times to feel that I could return them or I would have. I bought the boots that are exactly the same and they are more like bedroom slippers and I wear them all the time. The size 10 slippers are more like a 9 1/2 not a 10.
