Misunderstood product

Like alot of other reviewers; I purchased these boots in hopes that it would reduce my Raynaud's symptoms. They most definitely did not. These boots are beautifully crafted (though only the feet contain wool-its polyester from the ankles up). Your feet will freeze in temperatures below -15. If you stand in snow for more than about 15mins...you will feel the cold through the bottom. Don't bother trying to stand on ice--you will be cold. My family is from Manitoba and I grew up admiring my mothers traditional Mukluk's. These are not what I remembered. However; I love how they look, and they are comfortable.! They ARE waterproof (but I'm not a puddle jumper). I love that they are 'bare foot' boots. Since I only bought them in hopes of very warm boots...I would not buy again. Though I will enjoy my expensive mid season boots :)

Those are exactly what the company is claiming they are! I wear them bare feet and walk in slush and my feet keep warm and dry. The best boots I’ve ever owned!
